Limo Service from the Airport: Let Our Chauffeurs Do the Heavy Lifting
When you touch down at a Florida airport near Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, or West Palm Beach, FL, your airport limo will be waiting for you. One of our chauffeurs will professionally greet you with a personalized sign and:
- Handle your bags
- Provide the snacks and refreshments you requested
- Get you to your destination
When flight delays happen, your chauffeur will be there. Even if your flight touches down later than expected, there are no additional charges. You'll still get where you're going in style with our Boca Raton, West Palm Beach or Fort Lauderdale VIP limos and cars.

Which South Florida Airport Should You Actually Use?
Boca Raton sits almost exactly between two international airports and within reach of a third, which is a luxury and a decision. Choosing badly can cost you an hour in each direction.
Palm Beach International (PBI) is the quiet one. It is the closest airport to Boca Raton, it is small enough to walk end to end, and curbside pickup there is genuinely painless. If your airline flies to PBI, it is almost always the right answer.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) has far more flights and is barely farther. It is the practical default for most Boca Raton travellers, and it is the airport nearest Port Everglades if you are flying in to catch a ship.
Miami International (MIA) is the biggest and the busiest, and the one worth planning around. It carries the widest international network in the region, and it is the only sensible choice for many long-haul carriers — but the terminal is large, the arrivals levels are congested, and the drive north afterwards is the one most affected by traffic. Book it when the route requires it, and give yourself the extra time.
Ocean Reef Club, down in Key Largo, serves private and general aviation. If you are flying in there you already know it; what people underestimate is the drive, which is a real two hours from Boca Raton and longer on a winter weekend.
Embarkation Day at Port Everglades and PortMiami
Cruise mornings fail in a specific and predictable way: a family of eight books three rideshares, the cars arrive at different times, and half the party is standing at a pier with the luggage while the other half is still twenty minutes out. The terminal does not wait, and the porters do not care whose bag is whose.
One vehicle solves the entire problem. The Mercedes Sprinter carries fourteen passengers and fourteen bags, which is most extended families and nearly every group travelling together. Everyone arrives at the same door at the same minute, and the luggage arrives with the people it belongs to.
The return is the same problem inverted. Debarkation releases thousands of people into a terminal at once, and the rideshare queue outside is the worst part of many otherwise good holidays. A pre-booked chauffeur is at a prearranged spot when you clear customs.
What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track the inbound flight number you give us at booking and move the pickup to match the actual arrival time. A delayed flight does not cost you the reservation and it does not cost you extra — that policy is the whole reason we ask for the flight number rather than just a time.
The same applies in the other direction, within reason. If a connection collapses or a flight is cancelled outright, call dispatch at (561) 232-2070. Someone answers around the clock, which is precisely when travel goes wrong.
Airports and Seaports We Serve from Boca Raton
Typical off-peak driving times from central Boca Raton. South Florida traffic varies enormously by hour and season — treat these as a planning baseline, and let dispatch set the actual pickup time against your flight or sailing.
| Destination | Approx. distance | Typical drive | Best for |

| Palm Beach International (PBI) | About 28 miles north | Around 30 minutes | The closest and calmest option — first choice when your airline serves it |
| Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) | About 25 miles south | Around 30 minutes | The everyday default: far more flights, barely any farther |
| Miami International (MIA) | About 45 miles south | 45–60 minutes | Long-haul and international routes; allow extra time both ways |
| Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo | About 90 miles south | Around 2 hours | Private and general aviation — plan the drive properly |
| Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale | About 25 miles south | Around 30 minutes | The nearest cruise terminal to Boca Raton |

Frequently Asked Questions
- Will my chauffeur meet me inside the terminal?
- Yes. Your chauffeur greets you with a personalized sign and handles your bags to the vehicle. Tell us at booking if you would prefer a curbside pickup instead.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- We track your flight and adjust the pickup to the real arrival time. There is no additional charge for a delay — that is why we ask for your flight number when you book.
- Which airports do you serve?
- Miami International (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), Palm Beach International (PBI), and Ocean Reef Club Airport, plus Port Everglades and PortMiami for cruise transfers.
- Can you fit my whole family and our luggage in one vehicle?
- Usually, yes. The Ford Expedition and GMC Denali each take up to six passengers with six bags, and the executive Mercedes Sprinter takes up to fourteen passengers with fourteen bags. Tell us the headcount and the bag count and we will match the vehicle before you book.
- Do you handle cruise transfers?
- Yes — both directions, to and from Port Everglades and PortMiami. Embarkation mornings are exactly the case where getting the whole party into one vehicle matters most.
- How early should the car collect me for my flight?
- Work back from your airline's own check-in guidance, then add the drive time in the table above plus a margin for traffic. Give dispatch your flight details and we will set a pickup time we are confident in.
