Harmony Limo — Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations, the South Florida airports we serve, our fleet, and how far ahead to book. If your question isn't here, dispatch answers 24/7 at (561) 232-2070.
How do I make a limo or car service reservation?
Limo reservations can be made with us in various ways. You can call us directly at (561) 232-2070 or visit our booking page to select the exact limo service you're looking for in the South Florida region. Whether you're looking for a corporate event, airport or seaport transportation, or any other special event limo or car service, we've got you covered. You can also request a quote and we'll get back to you promptly to arrange your transportation.
What airports do you service?
Harmony Limo can arrange timely transportation to large and small airports in South Florida. Some of the airports we can provide pickup and drop-off transportation for are Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), Ocean Reef Club Airport and more. Call us today at (561) 232-2070 to get a full list of the airports we service.
How will I know when my limo has arrived?
Your personal driver will have one main point of contact, which should be provided during the reservation process. If booking via phone, customer service will request a phone number to notify you upon the driver's arrival. If booking online, please provide your phone number in the designated field.
What group sizes and vehicles can Harmony Limo handle?
Anything from a solo traveler to a group of thirty-seven. Our fleet is a Ford Expedition and a GMC Denali (up to 6 passengers each), a Cadillac XT5 and a Cadillac XT6 (up to 3 passengers each), an executive Mercedes Sprinter (up to 14), and party buses seating 22, 27, and 37. A guest list bigger than one vehicle just means dispatch books two or three on the same timeline instead of one, so the whole party still lands at the venue within minutes of each other.
Do you provide seaport and cruise transfers?
Yes. We run seaport transfers to and from the South Florida cruise ports, and we'll pick you up and drop you off on time. The executive Mercedes Sprinter carries a full group and their luggage in one vehicle rather than splitting a family across three cars on embarkation day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur will be there. Even if your flight touches down later than expected, there are no additional charges. One of our chauffeurs will greet you with a personalized sign, handle your bags, provide the snacks and refreshments you requested, and get you to your destination.
Is Harmony Limo licensed and insured?
Yes. Harmony Limo runs as a licensed and insured chauffeured carrier out of Boca Raton, carrying commercial passenger liability cover on all eight vehicles, and no one drives a passenger without passing a background check first. If your company needs the insurance certificate on file before it will approve a vendor, ask and we will send it the same day.
How far in advance should we book?
In season — roughly November through April — Saturday nights, wedding weekends and prom season fill up, and the 37-passenger coach goes before anything else. If your date is fixed, book it as soon as it is. Early-morning runs to MIA and FLL are the other thing worth locking in early. Off-season and midweek, a day ahead is usually fine. Either way, call dispatch before assuming we are full; short-notice work is a large part of what we do.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Boca Raton, between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, which is why cross-county trips are routine for us. We serve South Florida and the Treasure Coast — including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Miami — with airport service to MIA, FLL, PBI, and Ocean Reef Club.
