Multi-Stop Nights Are the Point
Dinner, then a venue, then somewhere nobody planned for — that's most bachelor parties. Your chauffeur handles the route and waits between stops, so a change of plan costs you nothing but a conversation.
Priced Per Person, Which Changes the Planning
This is the only occasion we price per head rather than per hour, and it makes the organiser's life considerably easier.
A per-person rate splits cleanly. Nobody has to work out what a share of an hourly booking comes to, nobody is chasing the two people who paid late, and the number you quote the group at the start is the number they each owe. For the best man collecting money from fifteen people across two months, that is worth more than it sounds.
It also means the cost scales with the guest list rather than with the vehicle, so adding two more people late does not force an awkward conversation about upgrading and re-splitting. Confirm the final headcount with dispatch before the date and we will size the vehicle to it.
Five Hours, and Where They Usually Go
The five-hour minimum reflects what these nights actually are. A bachelor party is rarely one venue — it is dinner somewhere in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or Fort Lauderdale, then a bar or a club, then whatever the group decides at eleven o'clock.
The common routes run south. Fort Lauderdale for a night that stays manageable, Hollywood's Hard Rock for casino and venues in one place, or Miami — South Beach and Wynwood — when the group wants the full version and accepts an hour each way. North, Clematis Street in West Palm Beach covers most of it without the drive.
All of those are better with a vehicle holding the group together. Bachelor parties are the single most likely booking to lose someone between stops, and the one where the guest of honour least wants to be the person managing it.
The Groom Should Not Be Organising This
The point of the night is that one person gets to stop making decisions for a few hours. That works only if somebody else made them in advance.
Book the transport first. It is the constraint everything else hangs off — the dinner reservation time, how far south you can realistically go, when the night has to end. Groups that plan the venues first and the transport last invariably discover that their itinerary needs two vehicles or a two-hour drive nobody costed.

Per-person pricing means headcount drives the vehicle, not the other way around. Round up — bachelor parties gain people, they never lose them.

- Yes, and plenty of these bookings do. It is about an hour each way from Boca Raton, which is worth building into the five hours when you plan the evening.
- Can we stop wherever we want?
- Within your reserved block, yes. Give dispatch the plan you have at booking; changing it on the night is a conversation with your chauffeur, not a new reservation.
- How early should we book?
- Early. Party buses on weekends in season are the first thing to go, and a bachelor party usually has a fixed date that cannot move.
