Club-Night Vehicles

The published rate covers up to fourteen passengers. Above that we move to a coach. What matters most on a club night is not the seat count but that one vehicle holds the whole group at closing time.

Mercedes Sprinter — a Executive passenger coach in the Harmony Limo fleet, up to 14 passengers, used for MIA, FLL, PBI and Ocean Reef Club airport transfers, weddings, and nights out across South FloridaMercedes Sprinter

Executive passenger coach

Up to 14 passengers14 bags

The vehicle most club bookings land in. Fourteen in one cabin, standing headroom, and small enough to work South Beach and Wynwood streets where a coach spends the night circling.

22-Passenger Party Bus — a Party bus in the Harmony Limo fleet, up to 22 passengers, used for MIA, FLL, PBI and Ocean Reef Club airport transfers, weddings, and nights out across South Florida22-Passenger Party Bus

Party bus

Up to 22 passengersLimited luggage

The first coach. Right when the group has outgrown the van and the night is two or three venues rather than a tour of the city.

27-Passenger Party Bus — a Party bus in the Harmony Limo fleet, up to 27 passengers, used for MIA, FLL, PBI and Ocean Reef Club airport transfers, weddings, and nights out across South Florida27-Passenger Party Bus

Party bus

Up to 27 passengersLimited luggage

The size for a proper crowd. Lighting and sound mean the hour down to Miami is part of the night instead of a wait.

Party bus

Up to 37 passengersLimited luggage

The largest we run. Book it early for a weekend in season — this is the first vehicle to go and the hardest to substitute at short notice.

Ford Expedition — a Full-size luxury SUV in the Harmony Limo fleet, up to 6 passengers, used for MIA, FLL, PBI and Ocean Reef Club airport transfers, weddings, and nights out across South FloridaFord Expedition

Full-size luxury SUV

Up to 6 passengers6 bags

Six people heading to one venue. Simple, and it removes the two things that ruin club nights: parking and the ride home.

GMC Denali — a Executive luxury SUV in the Harmony Limo fleet, up to 6 passengers, used for MIA, FLL, PBI and Ocean Reef Club airport transfers, weddings, and nights out across South FloridaGMC Denali

Executive luxury SUV

Up to 6 passengers6 bags

The arrival vehicle for a smaller group. Blacked-out and deliberate, which counts more at a club entrance than anywhere else on this site.

Cadillac XT5 — a Luxury crossover in the Harmony Limo fleet, up to 3 passengers, used for MIA, FLL, PBI and Ocean Reef Club airport transfers, weddings, and nights out across South FloridaCadillac XT5

Luxury crossover

Up to 3 passengers3 bags

Three passengers. The smallest club booking we take, and still the difference between leaving when you want to and negotiating with an app at three in the morning.

Up to 3 passengers4 bags

Three passengers for a night that starts with dinner. Comfortable, discreet, and easy to bring to a kerb on a crowded street.

Arrive Together, Leave Together

Club nights fall apart in the logistics — half the group circling for parking, the other half waiting at the door. One vehicle for everyone fixes that. Your chauffeur drops you at the entrance and is waiting at a prearranged spot when you're done.

Door to Door Across South Florida

We run club nights across Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami. Multi-venue routes are fine — give us the list and we'll build the timing around it.

The Problem Is Three in the Morning

Getting to a club is easy. Every failed club night fails on the way home.

South Florida's clubs empty late, and they empty all at once. That is the single worst moment in the week to be looking for a ride: demand spikes, prices follow it, and the group that has been together all night starts splitting into whatever cars turn up first. People get separated. Somebody ends up alone on a street in a city they do not know at three in the morning.

A reserved vehicle is not subject to any of that. It is where it said it would be, it holds everyone, and it costs what it costs — a rate agreed before the evening started rather than one set by an algorithm at the worst possible moment. That is what the four-hour minimum is really buying.

Where the Clubs Are

Club nights out of Boca Raton tend to go in one of three directions, and they are genuinely different evenings.

South are the big rooms: Miami — South Beach and Wynwood — which is where you go when the point is the venue itself. It is roughly an hour each way, it runs latest of anywhere in the region, and it is the route where driving yourself makes least sense. Hollywood's Hard Rock sits partway, and works as a shorter version of the same idea.

North and local, Clematis Street in West Palm Beach and the Fort Lauderdale beach strip run later than the dinner districts and cover most of what a Saturday needs without the drive to Miami-Dade.

Multi-venue nights are normal and we plan for them. Tell dispatch the list at booking, in the order you expect, and your chauffeur will hold the timing together.

Group Size and the Vehicle

The published rate covers up to fourteen passengers, which is the size most club bookings land at — large enough that splitting into cars would be genuinely disruptive, small enough to still get around a city.

Below that, a GMC Denali or Ford Expedition handles up to six and a Cadillac XT5 or XT6 up to three, while the executive Mercedes Sprinter carries a full group of fourteen in one stand-up cabin.

Above fourteen we move to the party buses — 22, 27, or 37 passengers, with wraparound seating, sound, and lighting. Those are quoted separately and are worth asking about early, because they are the first thing to go on a weekend in season.

Club Districts We Run

Approximate drive times from central Boca Raton, off-peak. Late-night runs south are usually quicker than the same drive in daylight.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people does the published rate cover?
Up to fourteen passengers, with a four-hour minimum. Larger groups move to one of our party buses — 22, 27, or 37 passengers — which are quoted separately.
Can we visit more than one club in a night?
Yes. Give dispatch the venues in the order you expect at booking and we will build the timing around them.
Will the chauffeur still be there when we come out?
Yes — at a spot agreed with you before you go in, for the whole reserved block. That is the single biggest difference between this and finding a ride at closing time.
Do you go into Miami?
Regularly. South Beach and Wynwood are about an hour from Boca Raton, and they are the routes where a pre-booked vehicle earns its keep most obviously.
How far in advance should we book?
For a weekend in season, as early as you can — the larger vehicles go first. Dispatch answers 24/7 at (561) 232-2070 for anything shorter notice.
Prompt and Professional Service! I have used their service numerous times in the last four years and have always been impressed. They are consistently prompt and professional. I especially appreciate they track my flights, so I can travel with peace of mind, knowing they’ll be there – even if my flight is delayed.
