Palm Beach County Black Car & Airport Transportation Service
The one route out of Boca Raton where driving yourself never made sense.
Why Miami chooses Harmony Limo
Miami is about an hour south of our Boca Raton base, and it is the destination where a chauffeur stops being a comfort and starts being the practical option.
The traffic is the region's heaviest, the parking is its most expensive, and the nights run latest — which is why a large share of our Miami work is groups coming down from Palm Beach and Broward rather than local hops.
Our FleetLuxury SUVs to 37-Passenger Party Buses
From a Cadillac XT5 for a solo airport run to a 37-Passenger Party Bus carrying 37 for a wedding block or a night out, Harmony Limo matches every Miami trip to the right vehicle — each one commercially insured and driven by a background-checked professional chauffeur.
Ford ExpeditionFull-size luxury SUV
A full-size black SUV with genuine luggage room — the default choice when a family lands at Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach with checked bags, or when a small group needs one vehicle instead of two.
GMC DenaliExecutive luxury SUV
The executive SUV in the fleet — the one to book when the arrival itself matters. Blacked-out, immaculately kept, and comfortable enough to work in on the way from Boca Raton to a meeting in Miami.
Cadillac XT5Luxury crossover
Our smaller luxury crossover — built for solo executives and couples who want a comfortable, discreet ride rather than a large SUV. A common pick for medical appointments, dinner reservations, and point-to-point city rides.
Cadillac XT6Luxury crossover
The larger of our two Cadillacs — same passenger count as the XT5 with noticeably more room to stretch out and an extra bag of luggage space. The easy call for a longer run down to Miami, or when there is a golf bag or a case going along.
Mercedes SprinterExecutive passenger coach
The executive Sprinter moves a full group and their luggage in one vehicle — wedding parties, corporate teams, and cruise groups heading to Port Everglades or PortMiami without splitting across three cars.
22-Passenger Party BusParty bus
Our smallest party bus, and the one most nights out start on. Wraparound leather seating, a sound system, and club lighting mean the evening begins the moment everyone is aboard rather than when you arrive.
27-Passenger Party BusParty bus
The mid-size coach — enough room for a full guest list to stay together across the night instead of splitting into cars that lose each other between stops.
37-Passenger Party BusParty bus
The largest coach in the fleet, for the events where nobody gets left behind — wedding parties, corporate outings, and group charters that would otherwise need three vehicles and a convoy.
Fast Facts
Typical drive time from Miami
Estimates reflect off-peak conditions via I-95, I-395, and US-1. Southern South Florida traffic may extend transit time; flight-tracked pickups adjust automatically.
Local pickup coverage
Dispatch works from the door you are actually standing at in Miami, not from a pin dropped on the town. For airport transportation, dispatch usually builds around I-95, I-395, and US-1 and an off-peak run to Miami International Airport (MIA) of about 15–30 minutes. Add gate codes, hotel entrances, venue arrival times, or venue notes when booking so your chauffeur can arrive at the right door the first time.

Why Choose Us
The region's biggest and busiest terminal. We meet you inside with a name board rather than leaving you to find a car on a congested arrivals level.
The largest ships and the longest itineraries. One vehicle, one arrival, and the luggage with the people it belongs to.
A mobile office for the hour from Boca Raton, and a vehicle that waits between meetings rather than being re-summoned each time.
Where the region's night genuinely runs latest, and where the ride home at closing time is the whole problem a booking solves.
Basketball downtown, football and tennis up in Miami Gardens — dropped at the entrance, collected clear of the exodus.
22, 27, and 37 passengers. On an hour each way, the coach is where a good part of the night actually happens.
The run from Boca Raton to Miami is about an hour without traffic and considerably more with it, and which route works depends entirely on the hour. I-95 is the default and the most volatile. Florida's Turnpike costs a toll and frequently earns it back. US-1 is the slow option that occasionally wins outright when the interstate has stopped. A chauffeur who drives this corridor daily makes that call continuously and changes it mid-route when the traffic ahead does. On a night out, it also means the hour each way is time the group spends together rather than time somebody spends driving — which on a party bus with sound and lighting is a meaningful part of the evening rather than a commute.
MIA carries the widest international network in the region, which is exactly why people fly from it and exactly why it needs more planning than PBI or FLL. The terminal is large, the arrivals levels are congested, and the drive back north afterwards is the most traffic-sensitive of the three airports. We meet you inside with a personalized sign and handle the bags, which matters more here than anywhere else on this site — an unfamiliar arrivals level at MIA after a long-haul flight is not where you want to be coordinating a pickup by phone. We track the inbound flight and adjust to the real arrival time, with no additional charge for a delay. For departures, work back from your airline's check-in guidance, add the drive, and add a margin for traffic. Give dispatch the flight details and we will set a time we are confident in.
PortMiami handles the largest ships sailing from South Florida, and embarkation day there has the same failure mode as every other port, amplified by scale: a group split across several vehicles arrives across a span of half an hour, with the luggage separated from its owners. One vehicle fixes it. The Mercedes Sprinter carries fourteen passengers and fourteen bags, which covers most extended families. Everyone reaches the same terminal door at the same time. Coming back, debarkation puts several thousand people onto the same curb inside an hour. A pre-booked chauffeur waiting at an agreed point is the difference between leaving promptly and spending the last hour of a holiday in a queue.
Miami covers several very different bookings. Brickell and downtown are corporate work — client pickups, multi-stop days, and the drive from Palm Beach County that a chauffeur turns into working time rather than lost time. Wynwood and South Beach are the night. They run later than anywhere else in the region, which means the ride home lands at the exact hour when demand peaks and prices follow it. That is the moment a group splits into whatever cars turn up first and people get separated in a city half of them do not know. A reserved vehicle is not subject to any of it: it is where it said it would be, it holds everyone, and the price was agreed before the evening started. For arena and stadium nights the fix is the same one that works everywhere — dropped at the entrance, collected from an agreed spot clear of the traffic, leaving when you decide to rather than when the car park does.
Typical off-peak driving times from central Miami. This is the most traffic-sensitive part of our map — treat these as a floor rather than an average, especially at peak.
| Destination | Typical drive | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Miami International (MIA) | 15–30 minutes | The default, and the widest international network |
| PortMiami | 10–25 minutes | The largest ships and longest itineraries |
| Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) | 35–50 minutes | Often better fares on domestic routes |
| Port Everglades | 40–55 minutes | The alternative cruise terminal |
| Palm Beach International (PBI) | 70–90 minutes | Rarely the right call from here |
| Boca Raton | 45–60 minutes | Our base, and where your vehicle comes from |
“Prompt and Professional Service! I have used their service numerous times in the last four years and have always been impressed. They are consistently prompt and professional. From every Miami address to MIA, FLL, PBI, and Ocean Reef Club — and every Miami-Dade County destination in between — we deliver chauffeured transport built on a licensed fleet, career chauffeurs, and all-inclusive prices confirmed before you book.
Harmony Limo is a licensed, insured chauffeured carrier, with passenger cover on every vehicle and every chauffeur. Before you book anyone in Miami, ask to see licensing and insurance — an operator that cannot show you both is not permitted to carry passengers for hire in Florida.
Three passengers ride in a Cadillac XT5 or XT6, six in a Ford Expedition or GMC Denali, fourteen with their luggage in the executive Mercedes Sprinter, and anything larger in a 22-, 27-, or 37-passenger coach. All eight are ours. Nothing is farmed out to another operator on the morning of your trip, which is the part that goes wrong when a company books a vehicle it does not own.
These are people who drive for a living. Every one is background-checked and licensed, and knows which of I-95, the Turnpike, or US-1 is the right call out of Miami at the hour you are travelling. You get the same standard whichever Harmony Limo vehicle turns up.
The number you agree is the number you pay. Nothing is added because it is a Saturday night, because it rained, or because your flight was two hours late. Seven occasions carry a published hourly rate and a minimum booking — each one printed on its own page beside the exact vehicle it covers, so you can check the price before you ever call us.
We watch the flight number you give us, so an early landing or a two-hour delay at MIA, FLL, PBI, or Ocean Reef Club moves the pickup rather than costing you money. And (561) 232-2070 is answered by a person at four in the morning, which is exactly when South Florida travel tends to go wrong.
One monthly invoice instead of a folder of receipts, one dispatcher who knows the account, and a trip-level breakdown your finance team can actually reconcile. The vehicles are smoke-free and late-model, the chauffeurs understand that what they overhear between Boca Raton and Brickell is not theirs to repeat.
About an hour south of Boca Raton, and the one route where driving yourself was never the sensible plan.
Step-by-step
A six-step walkthrough of the booking flow, from entering your Miami pickup address to confirming an all-inclusive quote with live flight tracking — or building a night-out itinerary instead.
Put the full Miami address into the form at /book-online — a house, an office park, a hotel, or a venue. If the property is gated, or the entrance is not the obvious one, drop the code and the directions into the notes field and the chauffeur will have them before they leave. We pick up regularly near Brickell, Wynwood, South Beach.
South Florida is a multi-airport market, so pick the airport that actually fits your itinerary. From Miami the usual choice is Miami International Airport (MIA), typically about 15–30 minutes off-peak via I-95, I-395, and US-1. Planning a night out or a seaport transfer instead? Enter your first stop and we'll route the rest.
Three or fewer travels in a Cadillac XT5 or XT6; up to six in a Ford Expedition or GMC Denali; up to fourteen with luggage in the executive Mercedes Sprinter; and beyond that the 22-, 27-, and 37-passenger party buses. Count the bags as well as the people — on an airport run that is usually what decides it.
Ask for the meet-and-greet and your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with your name on a board and takes the bags from there. Give us the flight number and we watch it — landing late costs you nothing. Sailing instead of flying? Port Everglades and PortMiami run through this same form from Miami.
The Miami price is settled before you book and it is the whole price — nothing is added because it is a Friday, raining, or two in the morning. Corporate accounts are active with Baptist Health South Florida, University of Miami, PortMiami and other Miami-Dade County employers.
Finish online in about a minute, or call Boca Raton dispatch — a person answers at any hour, including the 4am departures. Confirmation lands in your inbox straight away, and on the day you get the name and number of the chauffeur actually coming to Miami.
